The Big 3-0

So Dustin had his big 3-0 celebration last night and we had a grand ol' time! The party started off with pizza and cake at our place, then we headed to the race tracks!
Dustin was a little speed demon and got the 2nd second fastest lap in his race (22.44 seconds)...I on the other hand was a complete wussy, and got laped all the time, I even did a 40 second lap =). Oh well, it was fun!
After the races we came back to the house we played some poker, Dust and I both got out on the same hand- my pocket aces we're no match for a straight- errr =)! All and all, we had a fun time! HAPPY BIRTHDAY DUSTIN (on next thursday)!

No cereal for Chloe! She did okay yesterday, but today she just cried the whole time! I'm not sure if it's because she doesn't like it or she just not ready. She can swallow it fine, so who knows? We try it again in a few days...

The Girls are Back in Town

On Saturday the we had a girls day, we got lunch in Malibu and then went to the beach afterwards. We had sooo much and Chloe was very well behaved! "Auntie Em" has some more pics from the beach so I'll post those later =).

4 month appointment

Chloe had her 4 month appt today and it went very well. We got the "go ahead" for cereal since Chloe has been spitting up so much, so we'll see if she like it =). Let's see she is 24 3/4" and 14 lbs 10 ounces, which is the 75th percentile. The doc said she was the perfect weight for her height, yeah! Chloe also got her shots =(, and I sat in the corner again =).We are both so happy to have our healthy little baby!

We went to LA today because my dad came up from Guatemala to do some work stuff. It was nice to be able to show everyone at work little miss Chloe.

Our Valentines Day

Well Dustin went all out yesterday. First he brought home some nice gifts for his "girls." Then he lied about having class, so I thought I would be spending Valentines Day by my lonesome. However I was quite surprised when Grandma & Grandpa arrived to babysit Chloe! So, Dustin took me on a date to El Pollo Inka in Redondo, yummy! He also got me a box of my favorite See's candies, What more could you ask for? We had a great day & I hope you all did too!

BYU Volleyball

Went to the BYU game today at California Baptist University, BYU lost in three games =(.

Where's my food?

Chloe is practicing for solids=). We go to the doctor's on thursday and depending on her advice, Chloe might start her rice cereal in a couple of days. She's definately started eyeing our food.

Happiest Place on Earth

Chloe went to Disneyland again yesterday, and she went on a few more rides (Pirates of the Carribean, Haunted Mansion, and a Pooh Ride) The picture was taken on the Pooh Ride-it was pretty trippy =). Anyways we had a fun time w/ Mandi & Turi and afterwards we went out to eat.

We decided to take advantage of the big screen & had a superbowl party up at the house. We brought up some friends from the O.C and Emily & Alexis Stiny came and joined us! The party got a little out of hand and we totally trashed the house, sorry mom & dad (just kidding) !
