The Great Race
I ran my first ever 10K (6.2 miles) on Saturday. It actually went very well for my lack of training. I ran about 12 minute miles, got schooled by an 8 year old but pulled ahead of the 71 year in the last mile :). The course was beautiful and it turned out to be quite the eventual run ( residents yelling at police officers, a spectator took out a bicyclist, etc.) and Chloe had a blast at the huge after party!
Colonial Days
Jean and John came into town for the weekend, so we could see them one more time before their mission. On Saturday, we took them over to the Reagan Library for a colonial days special events. My favorite part was trying to write with a quill and ink.
Gardens of the World
On Sunday Brian and Moonsung came out and we went out to Gardens of the World.
The Best of the Rest
Other than that, on Friday night, Dust and I got to go on a date- thanks mom! Chloe and Nana made Easter Cookies. Jean helped me with Nursery and even played music for them. We all went out to Lunch with my parents. Made Sushi. After a weekend like this- I feel like staying in my pajamas till the next one :)!

p.s. i tried to run last night and made it about an 1/8 of a mile. i'm weak..haha
congrats on the 10k! that's so awesome that you can run with the "milk jugs". I don't know how you do it. I sure can't! Ha.
