Moving May Strikes Again...

So for the 6th May in a row we will be moving (not to mention 4 August moves)! We are literally one week shy of actually living somewhere for a year ;). However, I must bring the news that this move should be more permanent since we are currently in escrow on our first house- yippee!

I tend not to blog about our past year and a half of housing adventures because they are pretty sad and disappointing. But they include: our offer sitting on a realtor's desk, getting outbid at the final minutes, and pul-lease don't get me started on short sales and REO's. So yes, apparently the only way we are going to get a place is just go straight to the builder.

So yes we are buying a 1,800 sq ft brand new townhome! We are beyond excited since so far *fingers crossed* things are going well. We are due to close escrow mid-June, however we are moving out of our place next week and living at my parent's new house for a few weeks. So yes we are busy, busy, so things might be a little slow here in blogland ;)!
